Return & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from V2Trendy. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • With tags and original packaging

  • To request a return, email us at v2trendy.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Sale items

    • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products

    • Customized orders

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with photo proof.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
