  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.

  • A flat rate of ₹49 may apply for orders below ₹999.

4. Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can also track your order through your account dashboard.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If a package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us at customercare@v2trendy.com.

  • We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

6. Service Areas

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.
