1. Can I change or cancel my order?

 Order cancellation or change in order can be done till the order has not been dispatched. Please email us mentioning your Order ID.

 

2. How can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email or SMS which will include a unique tracking number that you can use to track your parcel. You can track your order using the tracking number at track order 

3. What to do if I receive a damage/incorrect item?

 If you have received an order in damaged condition, products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of orders.

 

If you wish to place an return or exchange request. Kindy drop a mail regarding your issues on your register mail id & mobile no  during the time of placing the order. Share your  OrderId & ensure to upload the 3 images  for us to analyse the condition of the product. Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 7 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.

 

4. How long it take for a refund to get processed?

In case of a return, we offer the full amount back into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.) for prepaid orders within 7 working days.

 

5. Can I exchange or return on International orders

      We do not accommodate return/exchanges in case of international orders
